I've never found a single mod that overhaul perfectly all the cities so i combine the following mods to reach my idea of perfection: Interiors have been adjusted to fit the new exterior, but still have their original layout for maximum compatibility. Mod apparently comes with a guy brooming a barrel lol. I am torn between JK's Skyrim+Dawn of Skyrim patch and Better Cities (for Solitude and Whiterun). It expands the graveyard, adds more Nordic architecture to give it that ancient feel and a tomb.
